Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Calls on Armenia to Increase Efforts for Normalization of Relations
Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has urged Armenia to demonstrate goodwill and put more effort into discussions aimed at normalizing relations between the two countries.
“I briefed my counterpart on the post-conflict situation in the region and spoke about Azerbaijan's efforts to improve the peace agenda, including the latest phase of negotiations on a peace agreement with Armenia. Restorative work in the ‘liberated’ territories, the opening of transport communications—all these issues are also on the agenda,” Bayramov stated during a briefing alongside Lithuanian Foreign Minister Gabrielius Landsbergis in Vilnius.
