The Regulatory Authority Appeals to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Suspension of 'Titan Oil' Operations
The Department of Technical and Fire Safety of the State Urban Development, Technical and Fire Safety Inspectorate has conducted an inspection at the gas station operated by the 'Titan Oil' LLC at the intersection of Hrachya Kochar and V. Papazyan streets in Yerevan, based on the directive from the head of the Inspectorate.
As a result of the inspection, it was determined that the director of the gas station had not complied with the order issued by the head of the Inspectorate in November 2022 to cease the operations of the gas station and continued to operate at the specified address.
According to the source, considering that the identified violations, if not remedied, pose a direct and immediate threat of fire outbreaks and danger to public safety, the head of the State Inspectorate has appealed to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia for assistance in suspending the actual operations of the gas station.
