The Citizen is Already Under Our Care: Zara Manucharyan

Friends, social workers from the Unified Social Service of the Ministry have visited the citizen and conducted needs assessment work. This was announced by Zara Manucharyan, the press secretary of the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, on her Facebook page.

“Although we are currently in the process of completing the documentation, the citizen is already under our care; we transferred them from one of the facilities yesterday,” she noted.

It should be reminded that earlier Facebook users had stated: "‘Horrible’ is simply too mild a word to describe this person's condition."
