The 17,000 sq. m plot of land sold to the 'Golden Palace' hotel will be returned to the state
In Victory Park, the plot of land measuring 17,077.6 sq. m illegally transferred to the 'Golden Palace' hotel will be returned to the state. This information was provided by the Armenian Prosecutor's Office.
It is noteworthy that, based on the decisions of the Mayor of Yerevan numbered 622-A dated April 26, 2006, and 1619-A dated April 8, 2008, the 'Golden Palace' hotel and the 'Golden Palace' LLC were sold through direct sale of respective plots of 17,077.6 sq. m and 10,000 sq. m. However, these plots were included in the list of lands that cannot be alienated as stipulated by the land code of the Republic of Armenia, categorizing them as non-transferable.
