Fighting Terrorism, Turkey is Actually Battling the USA: Interior Minister

Turkey's Interior Minister Süleyman Soylu has stated that in fighting terrorism, the country is actually fighting against the United States. Soylu, whose remarks were quoted by Ulusal TV, emphasized that Ankara is pursuing all terrorist organizations.

“We pursue everyone. We are after all organizations like FETÖ (the organization of preacher Fethullah Gülen, which Ankara links to the 2016 coup attempt), the PKK (the Kurdistan Workers' Party, banned in Turkey), and DAESH (ISIS, classified as a terrorist organization in Russia). We are not just fighting the PKK; we are fighting against the USA. Are we so naive that we do not know this? We know it. The USA wants to establish a terrorist state there,” said Turkey's interior minister.

Earlier, Süleyman Soylu claimed that the USA is attempting to create a “terrorist state” alongside Turkey. He stated that the threat of establishing a terrorist state along Turkey's borders would not cease as long as the USA continues its actions. He also added that Turkey has been fighting against this for over 40 years.
