"Serzh Sargsyan would send someone to resolve house issues for me, but he couldn't manage to send a message that there are such matters regarding Karabakh," stated Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, providing some insights.

"The president of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, would come and drink coffee with me, month after month, year after year, going on with him. He could have written something, signed or unsigned, sent a message," he added.
