Turkish-Azerbaijani Military Exercises to Be Held in Kars
Turkish-Azerbaijani military exercises will be held in Kars. According to the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan, the main goal of the joint tactical exercises named "Heydar Aliyev-2023" is to ensure coordination of troop activities during combat operations, improve command and control, exchange experiences, and enhance the professionalism of personnel.
