Operations of Kindergarten Kitchen Suspended

The inspectors of the Regional Center of the Food Safety Inspectorate in Armavir Province conducted an inspection at the kitchen of the "Armavir Village Kindergarten" community non-commercial organization in the village of Metsamor, Armavir Province, and found that it did not comply with the standards set by legal acts.

Specifically, the following violations were identified:

• The floor of the food establishment was not level and was not made of waterproof, non-absorbent, washable materials.
• The food establishment was not equipped with an artificial ventilation system, changing facilities for staff, or sanitary devices for drying hands.
• All equipment and tools that came into direct contact with food were not maintained in repairable condition.
• Staff involved in the food chain had not undergone mandatory initial and periodic medical examinations.

The operations of the kindergarten kitchen (a public catering facility) have been suspended, and a deadline has been set for eliminating the identified violations.
