Shooting Reported in Sotk; Administrative Head Refuses to Comment

Reports have emerged in the media stating that today there was gunfire in the Sotk region as well.

Auroranews contacted the administrative head of Sotk to verify the information, who asked us to confirm the details from the Ministry of Defense and did not provide further comments.

Attempts to reach the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense were unsuccessful.

It is worth reminding that the Ministry of Defense previously issued a statement indicating that the Azerbaijani armed forces continue to provoke tensions. According to the report from the Armenian Ministry of Defense, at around 17:30, Azerbaijani armed units used mortar systems in the same direction. The armed forces are taking necessary defensive measures.
