Putin Expresses Hope for Restoration of Relations with EU Countries
Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed hope for the restoration of relations with European Union countries during the presentation of credentials of foreign ambassadors at the Kremlin, as reported by TASS.
"I want to express hope that all actions that damage our relations will remain in the past. We will do everything to ensure that they are built properly for both Russia and the economies of member countries of this organization," said Putin.
Since the beginning of the special military operation, EU countries have reduced cooperation with Russia and have imposed ten packages of anti-Russian sanctions. At the same time, the European Union is actively supplying weapons to Ukraine.
