“Kazakhstan has not signed the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, therefore the influence of this document does not extend to the republic,” said Kazakhstan's Deputy Foreign Minister Yermukhambet Konuspaev.
“Astana does not see any obstacles in organizing visits of the Russian leadership, despite the recent decisions of this court,” Konuspaev stated.
