Kосачев: "Unfortunately, Some of Our Allies, Like Armenia, Are Participating in the Democracy Summit"
The Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council of Russia, Konstantin Kosachev, expressed regret regarding the participation of some of Russia's allies, particularly Armenia, in the second "Summit for Democracy" held by the United States. This information was reported by TASS.
"If I'm not mistaken, around 120 countries, including, unfortunately, some of our allies like Armenia, are participating. I say this with regret," Kosachev stated.
He also noted that "in honor of the Armenians, they have joined the final declaration of the meeting with reservations, which demands Russia to 'immediately, completely, and unconditionally withdraw all military forces from Ukraine and cease military operations.'" Kosachev added, "Three countries—Armenia, Mexico, and India—abstained from that point."
