Toivo Klaar to Visit Azerbaijan Again
Toivo Klaar, the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia, is scheduled to visit Azerbaijan on April 3. This was reported to Trend agency by informed sources, noting that Klaar's visit aims to participate in the opening ceremony of the Euroclub in Baku.
It is noteworthy that Toivo Klaar was last in Azerbaijan on March 5.
