The situation resembles a deadlock, which increases the likelihood of military action. This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the "Honorary Duty" parliamentary group, during parliamentary briefings.

"I want us to clearly understand that the movement and accumulation of military equipment by Azerbaijan at the border should be thoroughly examined to determine what dangers they pose for Armenia and Artsakh and what objectives they pursue. The mere execution of troop movements does not yet mean preparation for military action. The 44-day war demonstrated that such movements don’t require a long time to escalate the situation and create relevant challenges," said Abrahamyan.

According to him, the probability of resuming military actions is primarily conditioned by the situation created in the negotiation process: "In particular, the government’s declared approach that Azerbaijan has retreated from the agreements reached recently and has put forward conditions under which there is no longer an opportunity for negotiation as they cross red lines for Armenia. Of course, in my opinion, these lines have long been crossed, but the situation resembles a deadlock, which increases the likelihood of military action."
