Artsakh Minister Announces Those Facing Loss of State Support
Artsakh's State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan has informed via his Facebook page that business entities which sell goods at prices exceeding the maximum allowable rate will be deprived of state support.
"In the coming days, the government will adopt a decision to provide state support to entrepreneurs who have suffered due to the economic blockade of Artsakh for February 2023. Business entities that have violated the special rules established by the Artsakh government’s decree No. 70-N dated February 13, 2023, regarding the circulation of goods, and have conducted sales at prices higher than the maximum allowable level will lose their state support. As we stated earlier, all state programs related to economic activities will be based on the honesty, lawfulness, and proper tax-paying status of the business entities. Even in this extremely difficult period, there are many entrepreneurs who continue to remain disciplined and law-abiding, and the state should recognize them," the Artsakh Minister's statement reads.
