Arshakyan Gifts Lollipops Produced by His Brother to Female MPs

Today, media reports revealed that the Vice President of the National Assembly, Hakob Arshakyan, gifted lollipops to female MPs of the Civil Contract faction in connection with International Women's Day.

To formalize his gift, Arshakyan presented it in bags featuring the special logo of the National Assembly. However, his gesture has irked the female members of the Civil Contract party, who, in line with their customary practice, have complained "behind closed doors" that such a gift should not even be offered to minors.

According to "Hraparak," the lollipops given for March 8 are not just random sweets; they are produced in the chocolate factory "Chocs and More," owned by Arshakyan's older brother, Armen Arshakyan. It appears that Hakob Arshakyan has chosen to benefit his own relative rather than do a favor for someone else.
