Armenian Minister of State Meets with Members of the Russian Community Council of Artsakh

The Minister of State of the Republic of Artsakh, Gurgen Nersisyan, met with members of the Russian Community Council of the Republic of Artsakh in Stepanakert. During the meeting, social, educational, cultural, and spiritual issues were discussed.

The Minister of State assured the community members that he would support the preservation of the identity of the Slavs and Orthodox Christians living in the Republic of Artsakh, as well as the implementation of programs aimed at the comprehensive development of Armenian-Russian relations.

A priority project for the community is the House of Russian Culture, which will host not only the Russian Dramatic Theater in Stepanakert but will also include an educational center, a museum, a children's room, and a chapel.

Urgent issues requiring the utmost attention from the leadership of the Republic of Artsakh were also discussed. The event was attended by Vladimir Grigoryan, advisor to the President of Artsakh and coordinator for the development of social, educational, cultural, and spiritual ties between Artsakh and the Russian Federation.
