ECPMV Representatives Visit Checkpoint Connecting Armenia and Artsakh
ECPMV representatives have visited Syunik and the checkpoint connecting Armenia to Artsakh, noting that the main road is closed, according to information from the Syunik Regional Administration. It was reported that Syunik Governor Robert Ghukasyan welcomed and accompanied the co-rapporteurs responsible for monitoring Armenia's commitments to the Council of Europe, Kimmo Kiljunen from Finland and Boriana Oberg from Sweden.
They were accompanied by Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan and MP Arusyak Julhakyan.
