Armenia continues to work towards having discussions between Stepanakert and Baku within the framework of an internationally visible mechanism. This information was shared by the Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, during a press briefing with journalists.

“Armenia is in favor of having discussions between Stepanakert and Baku within the framework of an internationally visible mechanism. We continue to work with our international partners to establish this mechanism. This might be addressed within the peace treaty that is currently under negotiations. It could involve international organizations or other formats, but that is not yet clear. This is a subject for discussion that we need to continue to clarify. All of this once again demonstrates that Armenia is in favor of clarifications,” said the Secretary of the Security Council.
