Gold World Shopping Center Reopens
Following the directive of the head of the State Inspection Committee for Urban Development, Technical and Fire Safety, and based on the respective application from the "Vagharsh and Sons Concern" LLC, specialists from the Inspection Committee conducted an investigation at the company located at 24 M. Khorenatsi Street, Yerevan, to ascertain compliance with the decisions made by the Inspection Committee and the requirements set forth in the established regulations.
As a result, it was found that the problematic violations previously noted in the order issued by the State Inspection Committee have been rectified, which were required for immediate and complete correction. Other violations mentioned in the order have been addressed partially, and currently, significant and intensive efforts are being undertaken by the management to eliminate these issues.
Considering the circumstances reviewed and the fact that the direct and immediate threat of fire outbreaks has been eliminated as a result of the undertaken works, the State Inspection Committee has decided to permit the ongoing operations of "Vagharsh and Sons Concern" LLC and has issued a new order regarding the yet-to-be-rectified violations, establishing a clear timetable for compliance.
