Activities of the 'Gold Market' Suspended: State Inspection Body
According to a decision by the State Inspection Body for Urban Development, Technical and Fire Safety of Armenia, the operations of "Vagharch and Sons Concern" LLC at 24 M. Khorenatsi Street have been suspended. This was announced by the State Inspection Body.
"We inform that based on the order of the head of the State Inspection Body dated January 25, 2023, specialists from the Inspection Body conducted a fire safety inspection at the 'Vagharch and Sons Concern' LLC located at 24 M. Khorenatsi Street, Yerevan.
Following the fire safety inspection, a protocol was drawn up on February 6, 2023. Upon examination of the materials in the administrative proceedings, it was found that the buildings and structures operated by the company at 24 M. Khorenatsi Street in Yerevan are being used in violation of numerous requirements of fire safety normative documents, which can pose an immediate and direct threat to the occurrence of fires and to the safety of individuals.
Taking these circumstances into account, the head of the State Inspection Body for Urban Development has decided to fully suspend the operations of "Vagharch and Sons Concern" LLC located at 24 M. Khorenatsi Street, Yerevan," the statement said.
