VIDEO: Major Fire in Café in Russia, Roof of Building Burns
A major fire broke out in the 'Double Joy' café in Noyabrsk, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Russia. This was reported on Sunday, January 8, by the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region. The report was relayed by iz.ru.
It was noted that the roof of the building was burned. At present, the fire has been localized. Two people were safely evacuated from the scene.
