A 15% Markup Cap on All Goods Received from State Reserves in Artsakh
We urge economic operators to set a markup of up to 15% on all goods received from state reserves due to the situation created in the Republic of Artsakh. This was reported by the State Commission for Regulating Public Services and Economic Competition of the Republic of Artsakh, adding:
“Operators who apply higher selling prices will subsequently be deprived of the supply of goods,” the released statement mentioned.
