VIDEO: Ruben Vardanyan Denies Russian Defense Ministry Statement

The State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, has denied the statement from the Russian Ministry of Defense, which claimed that the command of the military group continues negotiations with the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides regarding the restoration of traffic on the Stepanakert-Goris road.

According to Vardanyan, there are no negotiations concerning the opening of the roads.

As for essential goods, Vardanyan noted that there are no products available in stores: “It is commendable that there is a general understanding among people that we must be modest—we are all in the same boat.”

“We will endure, but the conditions in which people are living are very severe,” Vardanyan emphasized.
