Video: Driver Sleeps at Wheel in Russia, Crashes into Parked Cars, Damaging 9 Vehicles
A traffic accident involving a KamAZ truck and nine other vehicles occurred in Orenburg, Russia. This was reported by TASS.
According to preliminary data, the truck driver fell asleep at the wheel after snow-clearing operations overnight and crashed into parked cars. Nine vehicles were damaged, as reported by the regional division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Footage from traffic surveillance cameras has surfaced on social media. The footage shows the snow-laden KamAZ truck speeding down one of Orenburg's streets, making a sharp right turn before colliding with a traffic light, a fence, and then the parked cars.
No injuries have been reported, and the extent of the damage is being assessed. More details can be seen in the video.
