The Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Kristine Grigoryan, expressed on her Twitter page: “The UN High Commissioner for Human Rights should send a fact-finding mission to the Lachin corridor, which has been blocked for the 17th day. This is the only way you can get a clear picture on this issue. And yes, the fact that only vehicles marked with the ICRC emblem are entering and leaving proves that the blockade continues,” emphasized the Human Rights Defender.
