Medvedev: 'It’s Better If They Don’t Return' Regarding Those Who Left Russia
The return of "traitors" to Russia is possible only under conditions of public repentance, amnesty, or pardon, wrote Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, on his Telegram channel. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.
"The return of such individuals can only take place under public repentance, and in relevant cases, only through amnesty or pardon," he stated.
At the same time, Medvedev added that it would be better if they did not return at all.
