Red Cross Evacuates 4 Foreign Citizens from Artsakh
The International Committee of the Red Cross has evacuated four foreign citizens from Nagorno-Karabakh. Zara Amatuni, the head of communication programs for the ICRC delegation in Armenia, informed Sputnik Armenia about this development.
“Today, with our mediation, the transfer of four foreign citizens to Armenia has been organized,” said Amatuni.
These individuals suffer from various chronic illnesses and had appealed to the Red Cross for assistance in leaving the area. The ICRC staff contacted the relevant foreign representative offices and other organizations to facilitate their transfer.
