Ruben Vardanyan Must Leave Artsakh Immediately, Says Bayramov

The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, stated during a joint press conference following negotiations with his Russian counterpart in Moscow that Ruben Vardanyan's activities have criminal and adventurist connotations, which must be brought to an immediate end.

According to Bayramov, Vardanyan must leave Artsakh immediately. “The sooner that man leaves the region, the better for everyone. First and foremost, the local population suffers; he does not allow them to reintegrate,” stated Bayramov.

He claimed that before Vardanyan's arrival, there were “positive shifts” and “positive interactions.”
