No News in Armenian Peace Proposal, Armenia Again Creates Illusion of Negotiation Process – Bayramov

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jayhun Bayramov, stated during a joint press conference with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov that Armenia is creating an illusion of the negotiation process. The information was reported by News.ru.

According to Bayramov, the Armenian side presented a new package of proposals on the peace treaty while simultaneously stating that Azerbaijan refuses to participate in the negotiations.

“There is no news in the Armenian package of the peace treaty; Armenia is once again creating the illusion of the negotiation process,” Bayramov said.

It is noteworthy that yesterday, during a government meeting, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that Armenia has conveyed its proposals regarding the peace treaty to Azerbaijan and is ready to sign a document with such content.
