I’m Even Ready to Fight Putin Tomorrow: Zelensky
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has suggested resolving issues with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin through direct confrontation while speaking in an interview with French news channel LCI.
During the interview, the Ukrainian leader stated that a real man makes decisions without intermediaries and “strikes in the face himself.” He explained that he is ready to step into the ring with Putin at any moment. “A real man, if he wants to send a message to someone or wants to hit him in the face, does it himself. I’m even ready to fight Putin tomorrow,” Zelensky said.
He also mentioned during the interview that he is aware of offers to begin negotiations with Russia but sees no possibility of reaching an agreement on any matter. Furthermore, Zelensky added that he does not believe in the results of the dialogue between Russian President Vladimir Putin and French President Emmanuel Macron.
