Two years ago, the blame was on former officials, and now it lies with the peacekeepers? There is a need to fight. This was stated today by former Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan during a rally against the blockade of Artsakh, addressing the calls from authorities that peacekeepers should ensure land communication between Armenia and Artsakh.

“One should not shift their problems onto others, that is, the culprits were the former officials three to four years ago, and now it’s the peacekeepers and the Russians?” Sargsyan emphasized.

The former president also posed a question, asking if anyone knows what responsibilities the Russian peacekeepers have in this situation, suggesting that there is no document outlining their authority regarding this matter.
