Video: Vardanyan Reveals Names of Those Exploiting the Situation in Artsakh

The State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, presented the situation in the blockaded Artsakh today. He stated, "Aside from urgent issues, we are also doing systematic work that should change our lives. Overall, the situation is normal; of course, there are questions we are trying to resolve. We have issues related to cash, and we urge people to use cards. Stores that do not have terminals will receive them. Meetings are taking place in the communities.

On the first day, we provided an opportunity for them to correct their mistakes; henceforth, we will publish the names of those who do not use their opportunities correctly but instead exploit the situation," he said.
