Video: Today I Appeal to the Armenian Community: President of Artsakh
From the highest podium of the parliament today, I have made an appeal to the Armenian community and the international community to respond promptly to Azerbaijan's state-organized terrorist actions, which are essentially aimed at the ethnic cleansing of Artsakh under false pretexts and creating a significant humanitarian disaster. This was stated by the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan.
"Dear compatriots, today I participated in the extraordinary session of the National Assembly of Artsakh, which adopted a statement to prevent the humanitarian disaster threatening the people of the Republic of Artsakh. I presented the current geopolitical situation concerning Artsakh, emphasizing that while the authorities of the Republic of Artsakh are ready for dialogue with Azerbaijan, there are red lines that we will not cross.
Our people are unwavering in their struggle to live freely in their own homeland."
