No One in Artsakh Intends to Back Down in the Face of Difficulties: Vardanyan
No one in Artsakh intends to back down in the face of difficulties. The Minister of State of the Republic of Artsakh, Ruben Vardanyan, held a meeting today with the participation of the leadership of the republican executive bodies, the mayor of Stepanakert, and the heads of administrative districts.
Presenting the situation created as a result of the blockade of the road connecting Armenia and Azerbaijan, the Minister of State noted that the situation is quite complicated, but at the same time expressed confidence that existing problems can be resolved through organized and coordinated work. "The complex situation we are in requires us to unite; the only way is through unity. Only by standing back to back can we overcome this crisis," Vardanyan said.
The Minister of State emphasized that despite the existing challenges, there should be no panic and that work should continue in an organized and responsible manner, with everyone doing their part. He pointed out that the people of Artsakh are facing difficulties with dignity, demonstrating resilience and rationality without succumbing to panic. In this regard, the Minister of State considered it important to provide the population with timely information regarding the situation.
Ruben Vardanyan noted that although there is a significant risk of a humanitarian crisis in Artsakh, no one is planning to back down in the face of difficulties. During the meeting, the heads of state agencies and administrations presented the situation in the regions resulting from the road closure and the existing problems.
