Bayramov's Statement on Armenian-Azerbaijani Relations
Diplomatic negotiations have commenced regarding the text of a peace agreement, which will be signed as one of the key outcomes of the meeting in Brussels on August 31. This was announced by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
"Following the meeting in Washington on November 7 with the Armenian Foreign Minister, Azerbaijan has submitted revised proposals to Armenia. The next round of negotiations is expected to take place in the coming weeks," Bayramov said.
