Provocation: Secretary of the Security Council on Azerbaijanis Posing as Environmentalists

The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, addressed the issue of Azerbaijanis posing as "environmentalists" during a press briefing with journalists in parliament. It should be noted that they had blocked the road connecting Artsakh to Armenia on December 3. Negotiations have been held with them by the command of the Russian military stationed in Artsakh.

“Naturally, it is a provocation; it is very difficult to see an environmentalist there, because it is clear to everyone that there are no environmental issues there. Such provocations violate the statement made on November 9. Since the Lachin corridor is entirely under the control of the Russian peacekeeping forces, work is being done to ensure the security of the Lachin corridor in accordance with the November 9 statement,” said Grigoryan.
