Video: Icy Conditions and Traffic Jam - What's the Situation in Stepanavan's Winding Roads?
Auroranews.am has received reports about a traffic jam in the winding roads of Stepanavan. As a citizen pointed out, the cause is the icy conditions on the road. The citizen provided us with a video:
“For about 2 hours, the movement was completely stopped; they just came and opened a small section to ease the congestion,” the citizen stated.
According to preliminary information, there is a car that has fallen into the gorge, and a crane is working on it. As reported by the concerned citizen, road-clearing vehicles have not yet been spotted.
