The Security Guarantee for Artsakh Armenians is the Russian Peacekeepers, Says Aghajanyan

During the current Armenian government's term, the Republic of Artsakh has received as much budgetary assistance as it did in the entire last 30 years. This was stated by Edward Aghajanyan, a member of the 'Civil Contract' faction, during an extraordinary session of the National Assembly.

He mentioned that as a result of the war, a responsibility zone for the Russian peacekeeping contingent has been outlined where they are deployed. "The guarantor of the security of the Artsakh Armenians and the primary responsible party for security guarantees is the Russian peacekeeping contingent," Aghajanyan said.
