What Aliyev Agreed Upon in Prague: Marukyan Details
Azerbaijan has agreed to continue meetings in a quadrilateral format in Prague. This was stated by Armenia's Special Envoy Edmon Marukyan on his Twitter page.
“It is logical that the format of the meeting and the composition of the participants should remain the same. Therefore, we hope that the meeting will take place in Brussels with Emmanuel Macron and Charles Michel,” he noted.
It is worth mentioning that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev declared that the planned meeting in Brussels would not take place, as Armenia conditioned the participation of French President Emmanuel Macron at the meeting.
