International trade is in crisis, and Russia is reorienting its economy towards new markets, said Vladimir Putin during a speech at an interregional cooperation conference, as reported by РИА Новости.
"In this regard, Russia is implementing large-scale measures to redirect export-import operations to new markets, and efforts are also underway to improve the infrastructure and efficiency of East-West and North-South main corridors," he noted.
