We Have Issues Implementing Work at the Front Line: Araik Harutyunyan
According to the constitution, a new government is not established in this manner, but de facto we will have a new government, and a state minister who is empowered with all those rights. This was announced today, November 23, by the President of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, during an extraordinary session of the Artsakh National Assembly.
“Currently, we have issues implementing work at the front line. We need to discuss what the consequences of this are, what is happening as a result of our political course, our behavior, or decisions and statements regarding our rights. We must account for all these dangers,” he said.
