Macron Posts in Turkish on Twitter
French President Emmanuel Macron made a post in Turkish on his Twitter microblog regarding his meeting with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. The information was shared by ermenihaber.
Accompanying a photo from the meeting, Macron added the following message: "The war in Ukraine increases the risk of famine around the world. Turkey and France will continue to work for the uninterrupted continuation of exports."
It is noteworthy that Macron and Erdoğan met during the G20 summit held in Bali, Indonesia. According to an earlier statement from the Turkish side, the two leaders discussed several issues, including the grain corridor and Turkish-Greek relations.
