Azerbaijani Forces Open Fire at Tractor Driver
On November 5, information was received at the Askeran regional police department that around 12:30 PM, resident K. Martirosyan (born in 1969) was conducting work on a "Belarus" tractor in the administrative area of Kharamort village on a territory known as "100 hectares" belonging to M. Arakelyan, when they came under fire from an adjacent Azerbaijani military position using small arms.
The gunfire shattered the tractor's windshield and damaged the control panel. The details have been forwarded to the Russian peacekeeping forces.
