Zelensky Explains His Disappointment with Israel and His Expectations
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has expressed disappointment regarding Israel's neutrality in the war with Russia. This has been reported by Russian media.
However, Zelensky stated that a potential change in stance from Israel could happen in the near future, as the Israeli side has finally agreed to supply Kyiv with priority communication systems.
In an interview with Israeli television, the Ukrainian president revealed that he even tried to gain Washington's support in pressuring Ukraine to provide military assistance.
Zelensky expressed hope that Russia's use of Iranian weapons against Ukraine could serve as a catalyst for Israeli action. Citing intelligence data from various countries, he noted that “Russia has acquired more than 1,500 Iranian combat drones.”
