A large rally was held on October 30 at the Renaissance Square in the capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert. During the rally, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Artsakh, David Babayan, delivered a speech.

“What should we do to emerge honorably from this difficult situation? We certainly need to work in both internal and external areas. It is unacceptable for us to accept any proposal, any document, that views Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan. Believe that we are capable of defending Artsakh. Each of us now has a choice. We can either go down in history as the most disgraceful, most cowardly, and most unpatriotic generation, during which the biblical Artsakh was destroyed, or we can enter history as a principled, patriotic generation that, despite all the difficulties, was able to save this divine piece of land,” emphasized Babayan.
