Armen Grigoryan Meets with US Deputy Secretary of Defense Laura Cooper
The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met with Laura Cooper, the US Deputy Secretary of Defense, at the US Department of Defense.
During the meeting, Grigoryan provided a detailed account of the large-scale aggression launched by Azerbaijan against the sovereign territory of Armenia on September 13 and its consequences.
The parties discussed the prospects for the development of bilateral relations. In particular, both sides emphasized the importance of efforts aimed at enhancing democratic governance, transparency, and accountability within the Armed Forces of Armenia.
