On October 3, the State Duma will convene an extraordinary session to make decisions regarding the referendums held in the Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, Mykolaiv, and Zaporizhzhia regions. This was announced by Vyacheslav Volodin, the chairman of the lower house of the Russian Parliament.
It is expected that the Federation Council will approve the decision the following day, on October 4.
