Serbia's President Disconnects Refrigerator and Most Lights to Save Electricity
Serbia's President Aleksandar Vučić has informed journalists that he has disconnected the refrigerator and most lights in his residence to save electricity amid rising energy prices, reports RIA Novosti.
"I am ready to show you how I turned off all the artificial lighting on my floor. I can't turn off the lighting here because of you. But everything is off there, I have even turned off the small refrigerator where my Cola Zero and water are. It's not hot now, so I am doing everything I can to help the country save. Because the prices are abnormal, impossible," the country's leader told reporters.
"We still have a tough summer ahead, a tough autumn, and an even tougher winter. I hope we will overcome everything and soon be able to present a program to the citizens," added the President of Serbia.
