Edgar Ghazaryan Dismissed from Yerevan State Institute of Economics on July 7: Rector's Clarification
Former head of the Constitutional Court's staff, Edgar Ghazaryan, was dismissed from his position at the Yerevan State Institute of Economics (YSIE) on July 7. This was stated by YSIE Rector Diana Galoyan in an interview with armtimes.am.
“In accordance with the law, we notified him 10 days before the end of his employment contract, and we have the notification records. I would like to add that we informed him at the end of June that his employment contract would expire,” explained Galoyan.
According to Diana Galoyan, Ghazaryan did not meet with her after his dismissal. She also noted that Edgar Ghazaryan worked at the Management Department with interruptions due to the positions he held.
It is worth mentioning that today, Edgar Ghazaryan stated in an interview with aravot.am that the leadership of the Yerevan State Institute of Economics decided to dismiss him, accusing him of issues related to the university's administration.
